Charming Historical guest house situated on a mountainside with panoramic views overlooking the pool and city lights! 1.6-acre property near the Superstition Mountains. Pool, Hot tub, Fire pit, Gas Grill, Mountain bikes or Beach cruisers. Charming 500 sq. ft. Studio Cottage with all new flooring, full size murphy bed, full bath, full kitchen and 2 covered patios. Cottage had a complete renovation, but we have left some of the original character of the home. Great location for hiking and biking.

Fully restored carriage house in a quiet area of northeast Mesa. Vintage elements throughout the home were preserved to add to the unique character of the space. Stay in this super-cute farmhouse apartment with private courtyard. Main floor kitchen, dining area, workspace, and living room. Basement bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy coffee or breakfast in the beautiful enclosed patio, and gorgeous views of palm trees and Arizona sunsets from the living room window.
