The Glamp Camp at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Beautiful Crystal Lake Post & Beam House

Welcome to the beautiful Masterman Lake House. This is a beautiful custom built post and beam home situated on Crystal Lake. The home has beautiful mountain view’s, 3 private bedrooms, 2 baths, a finished, carpeted basement/bedroom with gas fireplace, 3 queen beds, bunk beds, a couch and TV. The house also has a sleeping loft, with 2 queen beds, accessed by a library ladder. Enjoy our kayaks, paddle boards, swimming, skiing, hiking, biking and more. Sorry, we do not allow guests to bring a boat.

Winnisquam Cabin with shared beach, dock available

Enjoy the Lakes Region from this cozy, updated cabin. You will be close to beaches, hiking, skiing, shopping, mini-golf, movies and much more. During summer months, you will have access to a small, shared beach located about 200 yards from the cabin, across the street on Route 3. The cabin is in the second row and has partial lake views (see photos). Kayaks are included for your use, as well as kayak carts to transport them to the beach area. There is a dock available for an additional fee.

You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.
