Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Entire apartment with Ocean and Cape Woolamai view

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

This beautifully appointed modern, bright and spacious 2 bedroom home is located on the beachfront at Ventnor, Phillip island, with uninterrupted water views. The residence is fully self contained, private with a separate entrance from the attached main house. It has its own courtyard at the back and abundant grass area at the front leading to the beautiful beach. Single level, very spacious, fully heated & air conditioned. No groups over 6/parties.
