Access all areas with the exception of the owners storage cupboard in the second bedroom. We will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The beautiful surf beach of Mermaid is practically on the doorstep. Along the way and almost as close are two premium eateries, Le Café Gourmand and Little Mermaid. A little further away is Bam Bam Bakehouse, with amazing pastries and coffee. Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Mermaid 24 is located within an original 1960's apartment complex on the beachside of Mermaid Beach, being at the back of the complex you have access to the beach via the back easement. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.
