The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

Across from beaches, playground, cafes/restaurants and in short walking distance to Merewether baths, pubs, skatepark, tennis and wall-ball courts. Walk the Bather's Way into town or trail bike through Burwood National Park and Fernley track. The studio is suitable for a business client wanting a relax and/or fitness downtime or anyone after a comfortable relaxed holiday with an abundance of mostly free activities at your doorstep.
