Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Our very unique and special apartment is located in the historic building in the most cental place of Tbilisi. Most of the attractions and touristic sighs are easily accessible by foot. The apartment has terrace with the view of symbols of tbilisi: Tbilisi Satelite, Funicular, Mama daviti and mountain Mtatsminda. While being located in the heart of Tbilisi, the street itself is very peaceful and quiet at night.

Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.
