This Airbnb was exactly what I needed—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and public transit, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided helpful local recommendations. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again!

Sara's home is situated on a quiet street, and surrounded by gardens and seasonal natural bird sanctuaries, so beautifully tended to be Sara. We will have to stop by for a visit when they are in full bloom. Waking to the songbirds is a delight in the waning days of winter. We love the walk-ability of the neighborhood and friendliness of all that we meet on our walks about town. The apartment is such a warm and cozy place to settle in to after a busy day touring the area or time spent with our grandchildren. Sara's attention to detail with clear instructions for how to operate appliances, access TV and Wifi were greatly appreciated. We loved having a full size kitchen that was a joy to share cooking prep and meals with our grandchildren. It is truly a comfortable home away from home.

This is our third stay here. Great location. Comfortable beds, easy access. Highly recommend.

Near everything we needed quiet neighborhood and walkable even at night. Wonderful host many snacks and drinks!! We will be back if we ever need to be in Philly again!!!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. Large, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Very well equipped with all kitchen & eating supplies. Views out the windows are wonderful as shown in the photos. I enjoyed looking out over the fields in the morning and walking down to the Back Brook on the property. Location is very rural and a great place to walk with little traffic, but only a 15 minute drive to New Hope and Hopewell, and 10 minutes to shopping & restaurants in Flemington. A great place for a family with children. We enjoyed talking with Jamie & Chris and look forward to enjoying their farmhouse apartment again.

A very big thank you to Julia for kindly letting me stay in her beautiful Garden Studio. I am a transplanted Brit, originally from southwest London living in Arizona with my American wife and our two children (plus 2 dogs and 2 cats). I am temporarily away from home for work in this part of the US and I felt right at home here. It is a beautiful place to come back to each day and had everything I needed for a truly delightful and relaxing stay.

Stayed here over the weekend with my family. This place was extremely homey, beautiful , clean and has a large backyard! There was different places to sit through out the back yard giving us the best relaxation time. Our host was super attentive to us and very friendly. Will definitely book again

Suite is nice. Love the patio and privacy of being up top. We were lucky to find easy and free parking close by. Downstairs guests were loud but wasn’t an issue for us. Place does smell like flower & cigarettes upon entering the front door, don’t mind it personally. Lastly someone ate my pineapples from the fridge which wasnt cool. Friendly hosts enjoyed the stay.

What a find! They take pet friendly to the next level. The fenced in yard was beautiful, nice seating area outside, at night we sat in the sun room with the electric fireplace for a nice ambiance. Even though one bed is a pull out you wouldn’t know it when sleeping on it. Nice separation of sleeping spaces. The breakfast options and the little coffee pot were perfect! I love you had variety of milks available. We had such a great time and wish we had more time to spend there. We will book again. Thank you again for a great visit!

I enjoyed my stay at the cottage. It was peaceful. It was the perfect size for a small, relatively local getaway. The host was very proactive in providing instructions, recommendations for local eateries, and even instructions on how to walk to the lake. You can tell that Kristine takes great care in providing this cottage for customers. It was stocked with light snacks and breakfast items. Fresh bagels were provided every morning. Additionally, it was quiet, private, and just what I needed. I would love to stay there again.

We had a short but very pleasant stay at Joannas. The apartment is very comfortable, with high quality fittings and furnishings.

This was my second stay at Mark's place. It's very comfortable, quiet and in a great location. Mark is a wonderful host. He's friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend his apartment for a stay in Doylestown. Hope to return in the Spring.

Wir haben uns in der Gästewohnung von Ingrid und ihrem Mann sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf Fragen und Bitten wurde sofort und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. Wir konnten bei sonnigem Wetter die Terrasse, den Grill und den wunderbaren Garten nutzen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist gemütlich, 2 große internetfähige Fernseher sorgen für Unterhaltung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Kurz: Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit dort verlebt.

Beautiful location right on the lake. We were there in December and the snow around the lake and the sun shining down on it was a winter wonderland. The home was private and quiet. You have a living area, bedroom, eating area along with a bathroom and a second smaller bedroom. The home is a late 19th century home with wood features, beautiful light fixtures and even an old fashioned call box which is not operational but cute to look at. The couch also folds out so you could sleep a family of 5. It is minutes from Route 34 with so many restaurants you could eat different food for over a week. I went to NYC and the station is a 5 minute car drive and the train goes right into Penn Station is just over an hour. Lovely place I will stay at again.

This was a great stay! Perfect for getting in and out the city. Adam was a great host and we loved the welcome gift.

Cozy, comfortable, clean apartment with responsive host. Well-stocked kitchen and ample security outside. Cool church cemetery up the street and close to downtown.

I could try to say enough positive words about this place but I would use up all the words that have been created. Lisa is incredibly responsive and flexible and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Wow! Absolutely, wow! Fantastic space at a wonderful price, centrally located between so many different areas. The host was very responsive and provided more than you’d ever think you’d need. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The banana bread was a lovely treat after a long drive. The bed was comfy, the couch was cozy, lots of hot water and nice water pressure in the shower. Even a washer and dryer if you need them! We very much appreciated the welcome binder, full of information and would definitely rent this space again.

Great stay in a great accomodation. It is the best AirBnb we have stayed at so far. Everything as described and very good communication. Recommended if you need a place to stay in the Rahway area. Definitely the fist place we will check for availability next time in the area.

Wonderful Airbnb, Alan was a great host and the apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well set up for travelers. It was clear that Alan had gone above and beyond in making sure his guests felt comfortable, instructions were clear, and that the whole experience was pleasant. It's probably one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in in terms of the experience with the host. One note: the immediate surrounding area, while a pretty central location, didn't feel the most comfortable to be in. I've lived in many big cities and I would say I still didn't feel all that great about walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. A friend who lives in Philly also said that it wasn't the greatest area when we told him where we were staying. But if you're just hopping in a taxi/uber from the front door of the Airbnb, it's not a big deal.
