Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

My beautiful four-bedroom Sunset Point home is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is about 1 mile from D&R canal and 3.8 miles away from Princeton University.
