You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Private guest house in downtown Merced

Steps away from the rose garden in Applegate Park, our renovated guest house is centrally located in downtown Merced. This guest house is separate from the main house and is located in the backyard of the property. It is 3 blocks from the Amtrak and YART, and an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street in downtown Merced. A bike path along a creek, playgrounds, and the local zoo are also walking distance. Merced is a wonderful place to visit on a trip to Yosemite and those looking to visit UC Merced.

Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)

Beautiful Orchard House on the Farm- Jacuzzi/Pool

A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Clean, Cozy, Happy New Home in North Merced

I would love to host your stay in North Merced. I want everyone to have a comfortable and safe place to stay. With the ease of digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking through the app, you will not need to interact with anyone in person. Of course, if you need anything, I am always a text or phone call away. Our cleaning service is trained to properly disinfect and deep clean the house before and after your stay. The home is fully furnished with new furniture and dishes.

Charming New Guesthouse

Charming guesthouse in the best location in Merced. Safe and quiet acre home area close to the UC and the lake. Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.

Rustic yet Modern guest house

Country charm, city comforts. 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, private bathroom, private patio Close to everything the area offers & centrally located! UC Merced is just under 4 mi away, 3 parks are within a few blocks, & Yosemite National Park is only 68 miles away. Relax in the outdoor spa or use the jacuzzi bathtub. The home is on a corner lot with shade trees, a fire pit sitting area, and even a tree swing. For those who like to read, there is a Free Little Library onsite as well!
