This place is a dream for families! My two girls didn’t want to leave. They had so much fun playing Pac-Man, playing with all the cool toys (magnetic tiles and a dollhouse?!), and enjoying in the hot tub. The location is perfect, five minutes from downtown Groveland and 40 minutes from Yosemite. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s, and this one was definitely one of the cleanest. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

Very beautiful home with very spacious rooms for family to enjoy. Only thing I would add is some curtains in the house there is zero privacy especially if the cabin next to the house is being rented out at the same time since you are able to see them and they can see you. Other than that me and my family had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay — everything was just as described and truly perfect for our Yosemite trip. The house was spacious enough for our big group, with all the necessary amenities while still maintaining that “off-the-grid” feel you’d want from a place so remote, yet conveniently close to the park. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. She even took the kids on a tour of her farm, which they absolutely loved — a really special touch that made the experience even more memorable. The only challenge was that the house has just two showers: one in the master bedroom on the third floor and one in the main living area, which meant we had to split unevenly (10 downstairs, 4 upstairs). Water pressure wasn’t ideal either. That said, this was clearly stated in the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise — just something to plan around. Overall, it was a great vacation home with lots of character, and a perfect base for exploring Yosemite. Would absolutely recommend it!

We had a great experience staying at Kyle’s home. Our 3 kids said it’s the best airbnb they ever stayed at :D The home is surrounded by jasmine flower plants and we love the calming scent. Kyle and Team followed up after one night to check if everything is ok. We received email before arrival and a day before check out so Kyle and Team are proactive in communicating with guests, which is great. Cooking ware is all teflon or non stick pans and pots so if you are concerned with that, bring your own stainless steel cooking ware. The swimming pool has no heater, water was still cold when weather was 81 degree but the kids didn’t care and the jacuzzi helped very much. The swimming pool waiver asked me to sign understanding that there is risk of injury from malfunctioning pool equipment so we stayed with kids the whole time. All beds are soft and towels are new. The kitchen play for kids is our 6 yo favorite ❤️ Overall, wonderful experience and we are grateful for Kyle and Team!

Christina’s place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. The location is very private and extremely beautiful. Everything - especially the yard/property is well-appointed/gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We love staying here, it’s our favorite for sure. Lots of small convenient details this host even put extra batteries in the junk drawer which we used for a fan remote.. the hot water kettle is adorable, the iPhone chargers.. best water in a while (filtered) we loved it.

Olena's Chalet was the perfect vacation spot for us! It was very inviting and clean. Also, the PML community is beautiful for walking and enjoying the local deer and turkeys 😀. Great place with great hosts!

Excellent emplacement pour notre visite à Yosemite. L'hôte est proactif et nous avait fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour. Le chalet est propre, agréable et muni de toutes les commodités. Bref, je recommande!! 😊

Très jolie maison dans un ville très sympa. C’était propre et bien décoré. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. On s’y sent très bien.

Tim's place is just perfect for a visit to Yosemite National Park. We drove 3 hours from San Francisco to reach Tim's comfortable and well outfitted 3 bedroom home. It's a one hour drive to the park entrance. The morning greeted us with view from the deck of a herd of deer in the beautiful green backyard dotted with oak trees and and view of the hills in the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

Rashad's place great for out entire fam. The house was very clean and well equipped. It's in a very safe neighborhood which was a plus. We did come across a couple hiccup's that were resolved immediately. We enjoyed the home and loved the layout and a the different area of the house. Thank you for hosting us, you have a lovely home. Super spacious!!

Mark’s place was a great space! Plenty of room and the couches were very comfortable. Close to shopping.

Very nice place felt right at home everything clean and nice close by minute marts restaurants and supermarket all can be walked to.

Michele was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. She was very understanding of any problems we had and communicated very well. The place was very nice and clean and she gave very thorough instructions on everything. Would definitely go again.

Anne was very responsive and very friendly, ensuring that my stay was the best possible. Everything was clean. The place was private and quiet. Only 1 small bathroom but it’s clean. Would stay there again.
