Our family welcomes you to our cozy loft located above our unused garage. Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. A relaxing apartment style getaway along a quiet country road with access to a spacious deck to enjoy the nature and a cup of coffee! Note you must climb a flight of stairs to the apartment, also there is a pond on the property that the host is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

Beautiful garden level apartment with a kitchenette, with the property situated on the river flowing out of Owasco Lake. You have water access just a short walk to the end of the yard and we're just a half mile from the lake. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
