It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

The Flood Family Lake House

The Flood Family Lake House is a vacation home that offers a comfortable, safe, & fun environment for families. We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Controlled Chaos Basecamp

Controlled Chaos Basecamp is a Northwoods Adventure Cabin located in the middle of Wisconsin's best ATV/UTV and Snowmobile trails, on the border of Jackson and Clark Counties, just 10 miles north of Black River Falls. We are close to 10 different river landings on the Black River and multiple creeks with Class I to Class III rapids plus lake access at Lake Arbutus and Wazee Lake County Park a short drive away. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers in the huge driveway. Bring your whole crew

This beautiful cabin is located on the ATV and snowmobile trails and is also within walking distance to Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area for winter sports fun! Levi’s Mound is nearby, within 6 miles with some great biking trails! Lake Arbutus is just a short ATV ride away for all of your water sports fun! Bring your fishing poles! A well stocked catch and release pond is right off the back porch, with crappie, bluegill, bass, and catfish.

If you’re someone who enjoys the simple things, this is the haven for you. An 8 mile drive to historical Black River Falls will greet you with charming shops, restaurants, and beautiful river views. Also explore nearby Lake Arbutus for a beach day, boating, or fishing. Access to ATV/snowmobile trails.

A Suite Getaway

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.

Chillout on a Chalet Getaway! We're right on the ATV/Snowmobile trail. Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area/Levis Mounds Recreational Ctr/Lake Arbutus all 5 min away. Kayak Hall's Creek right on site or picnic at nearby Lake Wazee beach & navigate it's scuba diving underwater course. Shop or visit Sand Creek Brewery downtown BRF, gamble at Ho-Chunk Casino, Play pool, foosball, or the drums on a rainy day. Or... just relax in a hammock by the creek with bonfire.

The Fox Den Guesthouse

Located just 3 miles from I94/State Hwy 121/Northfield, The Fox Den Guesthouse is a perfect option to spend some time enjoying the Wisconsin countryside. Situated on the UTV route with easy access to numerous trails and ample truck and trailer parking! Also near many options for public hunting and fishing! The home is ADA compliant, no steps! Sit on the front porch and enjoy watching the cattle graze.
