The Lundgren Tree Farm

Located on 40 beautiful wooded acres in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the Lundgren Tree Farm was founded by my grandfather Vic Lundgren in the early 1960s. Originally it was an 1880s homestead farm with a two bedroom log cabin and several out buildings. Over the years, my grandfather planted tens of thousands of trees on the property, painted hundreds of water colors and oil paintings documenting the natural flora and fauna, and converted a barn and other structures into additional bedrooms, an art studio, library and meditation room, and the Silver Dollar Pool Hall. As a lawyer, judge, artist and nature lover, Vic stocked the property with art, books, records and sculpture making the Lundgren Farm incredibly beautiful, inspiring and authentic. Just blocks from Lake Michigan, the Farm is a refuge for animals and artists alike, with trails, a fire pit, and rich solitude from city living. The log cabin farmhouse hosts two bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room and full bath. It is filled with art, books, antiques, and a functional record player, organ and cast iron fireplace. The barn is not your ordinary structure, as it holds five seperate rooms - two bedrooms, an art studio, Vic's office and the meditation room. The open common area is rustic and contains a small workshop. The "Chicken Coupe" is a one bedroom outbuilding located behind the farmhouse, with a full bath (and one of the more modern sleeping quarters). All of the bedrooms have nice linens, wool blankets, mosquito netting (sometimes necessary) and antique furnishings. The screened gazebo next to the pond, is a wonderful place to read, eat or just sit back and listen to the frogs, birds and other wildlife that frequent the property.

Small cabin in a quiet country setting. Located in Michigan's beautiful upper pennisula. Close to Lake Michigan's Green Bay. Great fishing, boating, and water recreation at one of the many nearby parks. Also close to ATV/snowmobile trails and golfing. Five acres of fenced in space, great for playing with the dog or kids. Firepit and gas grill. the cabin is located 5 miles out of town, so still close enough for shopping or checking out the restaurants. Pets welcomed, if well mannered.

Located 1.5 miles from the famous Cave Point attraction in White Fish Dunes State Park, our cottage has everything you need for a fun, relaxing, and peaceful stay. Located 15-20 minutes from every major town in the County: Baileys Harbor, Egg Harbor, Sturgeon Bay, Fish Creek, and Sister Bay. Our space is brand new construction in 2024 finished with stained concrete floors, electric fireplace, upscale finishes, large back patio, & shared sauna.

Sasquatch Shores: Cozy Lakeside Cabin on Star Lake

Resting on Star Lake and tucked into the north woods, this tiny home offers the tranquility you need to completely decompress. The Sasquatch Shores cabin is right on Star Lake, a quiet no wake lake that gives you the peace and quiet you want. Watch the sunset off of the dock or cast a line into the water! The cabin is also situated right on the ATV trail. The main offers a King sized bed and the guest room offers a Queen/Twin Loft bed. There is also sectional couch as a sleeping option!

Downtown Menominee House just steps from Marina

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Nestled in the gorgeous surroundings of Northern Door County, you’ll be able to kick your feet up and take in the fresh country air, while watching the cows graze in the pasture.

Winding River Cottages-Evergreen Cottage

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
