Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

A guest suite downstairs-totally separate from upstairs w/a nice garden outside. You walk down a gravel & brick path to enter @ ground level. It is a large studio w/old growth beams & full length windows, kitchen area, bathroom w/ a jacuzzi tub. There is a Paul Bunyan California King size bed w/ steps, w/no railings. Much room to roam. The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

Mendocino Coast Studio tucked in the village of Albion is a wonderful getaway. Perched over the Albion River with a bird's eye view of the historic Albion River Bridge and cove beyond for sunsets over the ocean. The sun rises over the river. Goings on down below including seals on the docks. A snug spot to hunker down or a comfy coastal stopover between the Anderson Valley wine region and the Mendocino coast. It is an old redwood cottage restored, expanded and converted into a unique, cozy space on the base level of the Z-barn. It has a kitchenette with amenities, small refrigerator and double burner propane stove. The space heated quickly by an efficient propane heater. The bed is queen sized. The bathroom access through a 4 step outdoor stairway.
