“Big Buck Cabin” near Talimena Scenic Drive/Mena

This newly built rustic cabin is perfect for two for a romantic getaway! It is a very secluded and quiet neighborhood with very few neighbors! The cabin comes equipped with a very cold A/C and a very warm heater, and great Wi-Fi! Come sit on the front or the back porch and listen to the birds, frogs, & crickets! Sit by the campfire, or gaze at the stars and lightning bugs from the hammock! Whitetail deer, rabbits, and squirrels live here too! Also you can come feed the goldfish in our pond! 😁

The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. WOLF PEN has 35 miles of trails, and a trailhead is less than 1/2 mile away- ride directly from the cabin, no trailering needed. Relax in the hot tub, unwind by the firepit or on the BBQ pit. Adventure and relaxation await!

Enjoy this private retreat consisting of a brand-new cabin, sleeping 8 guests total. Cabin has vaulted ceilings, an open living/kitchen/dining area, and a private king bedroom with full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with two queen beds along with two military grade cots with bedding and private half bath. Large deck with dining area, grilling space, heater. Fire pit areas plus setup for horseshoes. The south trail head is 3/10ths of a mile from the cabins!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Wet weather Creek, less than 1 mile to Mena highway frontage. From the cabin thru the creek to CR 50 for ATV access to National forest/Wolfpen Gap trails. Plenty of trailer parking. 3 miles of county road. Then 8 miles of beautiful national forest roads to ride to the wolf pen gap trails. ABSOLUTELY NO RIDING IN FIELD AROUND CABINS !!
