The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Caprock Canyon State Park has amazing scenery, only 20 minutes away and Lake Mackenzie is 12 minutes from the park. We have WIFI, a bathhouse, and a full-service laundry facility. We have great wifi and streaming. Enjoy the starry nights and beautiful sunrises. You will feel the peacefulness as soon as you walk in the door. We have plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, barbecue grill, central heat and air.

The Green Door Cottage

The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

The Mansion Guesthouse

It is a very cozy, quiet beautiful place built in the early 1900s along the historic Route 66, home of the infamous U-Drop Inn. As shown in the animated movie “Cars.” The home, known as the Pendleton Mansion has a quaint guesthouse attached with plenty of parking for guests. Only a couple minute walk to reach a nearby park or Main Street for downtown shopping.

Leo and Ofilia’s Bunk House

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
