Luxury Norfolk Cottage

Whilst double doors leading to the outside dining terrace with a delightful south-facing garden makes for excellent versatility in the summer.

Orchard Cottage

Originally forestry workers' cottages, this is the end of four and faces the open fields and the ancient Swanton Great Wood. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, out of the way, it's at the end of a very quiet lane in Swanton Novers with no traffic, just the odd dog walker or bird watcher passing the house. There is a large garden full of trees which is a real treat on a summer's evening, sitting out watching deer and barn owls across the field. Ideally placed for exploring North Norfolk and the coast.

Unique 1880s railway home

A recently renovated traditional railway workers terraced house in Melton Constable. Previously the heart of the M&GNR steam railway, known as the muddle and go nowhere, small nods to its golden era can be seen throughout the house. Our terraced house offers a cosy get- away to the stunning North-Norfolk coastline as the property is 15 mins drive away from Cley-Next-The-Sea. This is the perfect place to base yourself out of to paddleboard, surf or kayak or enjoy the local wildlife.

Spurrell's Retreat

Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. This is not a conventional stay. It’s a characterful, evolving chapel conversion, best suited to guests who appreciate unique spaces and a relaxed, informal feel. Some areas are not cosmetically finished, but the space is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ideal for group stays, it includes a piano, games, smart TV, pizza oven and BBQ. Located just 15 minutes from the coast, it’s a great base for exploring North Norfolk, shops and pub within walking distance.

Beautiful three bedroom barn conversion.

Harold’s Barn opened in May 2022. It is located in the former farmyard in Briningham and was once a potato barn! Harold's Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs. The barn has been restored sympathetically and while retaining lots of it's original features on the outside it has a modern and very spacious feel on the inside. The barn has amazing views across the valley, a private garden and private, plentiful, off road parking.

The Tin Train

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

Holly House

Holly House is our much loved, peaceful Victorian home. With a large garden for kids and dogs. Fabulous central location in North Norfolk with easy quick access to all of the beaches and seaside towns along the coast line, from Brancaster to Cromer. Our favourite for dog walks (& fish n chips) is Wells-next-the-Sea. Holt is less than 3 miles and it is an easy and direct commute to Norwich City Centre. A great place for fun filled holidays with friends and family.

"BIDDY" Shepherdshut & Hot tub at Old King William

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.
