A clean and comfortable 3 room accommodation. One bedroom with en-suite and separate kitchen suitable for a couple or single person. A small sitting area with coffee table. Equipped kitchen with a single hob and microwave. The property also includes virgin full tv package including Box sets. Fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender and kettle. There is also a fan. The annexe is completely self-contained with its own private entrance and parking and is located alongside our family home.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Meadow Cottage Cambridge Sleeps 8 Free car park

Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms are supplied with washing products & toilet rolls. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars. On request and with enough notice, there maybe a possibility to accommodate one more guest at a cost of £45 per night.

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

Fresh, contemporary 2 storey 1 bedroom property ideal for a couple, with capacity to sleep another adult or child. The entire annex is yours for your stay. Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

The village is very near Wimpole Estate (NT) for beautiful walks and only 15 minutes drive from the historic city of Cambridge. You have the place all to yourself with everything you need to relax in a quiet location, with parking outside the accommodation. The guest house has a large bedroom and separate lounge/dining room overlooking the stunning garden, a kitchenette and an ensuite shower room.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in / late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

Cobblers Cottage is full of charm & character, good sized rooms [albeit wonky & low ceilings!], modern kitchen & a private garden. It is over 400years old so some dust & the odd spider is possible, it is not a brand new show house, more National Trust! PLEASE NOTE there is only on street parking ~100 metres from the cottage. Early check-in & late check-out maybe possible for a fee (covers the cost of changing the cleaning schedule, arrangements & utility costs).
