You'll be treated to a 900 sq ft, light-filled great room, modern kitchen (no oven), large bedroom w/King bed, outdoor sitting/dining areas, steps from the pool. Flowers, Fruit, Snacks, Coffee await you. Enjoy peaceful gardens of butterflies, fruit trees & friendly chickens. This is our only Airbnb. Stress free is our goal. Enjoy old Ojai in a spacious, bright, well-appointed ranch home with 2 acres to explore in the East End of the Ojai Valley with a thriving and fragrant citrus & avocado orchard with wraparound views of the valley, Topa Topas & pink moments. The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental and is home to my orchard and nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.
