Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

SeraliaSeaSide

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.

The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need.
