Built originally in 1947, I moved this home to save it from demolition and found some joy in remodeling it for new occupants to enjoy. Fully furnished, it has a great porch like the old days for sitting and having morning coffee. Just 2 blocks from the East End District, home of Wilson's Icehouse , Monroe's East End Grill and East End Market. Fitness center across the street and the Guadalupe River is steps away.
