Very stylish new-built apartment located in the popular area of Las Mesas, close to Estepona town. The apartment is facing south with a large terrace and a lovely small private garden. The place is located 15 minutes walk from the harbour and 25 minutes walk from the old town. The place offers indoor (heated) and outdoor pools along with a kids pool, set in a large garden in a shared community. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car. Modern and central apartment with rooftop pool

A modern apartment in a newly built apartment complex. Our apartment has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a small kitchen but well equipped with fridge, stove, toaster, espresso coffee machine and all utensils you might need. 200m to the beach and 100m to the center where all restaurants and pubs are located, but still in a quiet street. Shared rooftop pool with an amazing view, that normally opens around middle of April until end of October.

Charming apartment in the heart of old town. Very sunny and cosy with 4 balconies,fully equipped american kitchen and a very spacious living room.
