(Beds: King and Queen) Featuring a full bathroom and a half bathroom, stocked with luxury hair products as well as a few items that you may have forgotten. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to pour a glass of wine and enjoy creating a meal together. The modern feel continues outside on the patio fully equipped with comfortable modern lounging furniture and a grill. Explore the local neighborhood by walking to the Red Brick District (Main Street) to check out the boutiques, restaurant, salons, ice cream/coffee shop and Farmers' Market. Venture to the Barber County State Lake to hike the trails, fish, and catch the sunset while on the lake in your kayak. Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

ON THE HUNT? Welcome your home base for successful hunt! Whether you’re in town for deer season, turkey hunting, or just a quiet weekend in the outdoors, this property is set up with you in mind! Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Blue Betty Tiny House

Charming little country stay, but still only 5 minutes from downtown. Only 1/2 mile away from Barber County Lake, with numerous outdoor opportunities. Our tiny home features a full size bathroom with a shower. The kitchen comes with an electric skillet, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mini fridge. The loft has a queen size memory foam mattress and space for storage. The futon has a memory foam mattress as well. There is a front porch to sit out when the weather is nice.

Our house mom Brie lives just down the road to help with any issues or needs while visiting.

*Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom home with one bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. The third bedroom has a full and twin size bed with closet. This home has a washer and dryer on premises. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We specialize in renting to hunters during hunting seasons.

The Loft

The Loft is a cozy & modern house perfect for your stay! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our family of six has created countless memories as we stayed in this house while visiting relatives in the area. We would like to offer that same opportunity to others as they visit family, attend reunions and weddings, or just want to slow down for a weekend and enjoy small town living.
