Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

This place is absolutely magical, the house is located on a large coffee plantation with all the luxuries that you could ever want. It spreads across two big houses with their own vegetable garden, heated pool, all kinds of gains for kids. The coffee tour was incredible, which is done right on site. The owner’s owned several properties as well as as a massive production of coffee. It was great to be able to do the tour and learn so much about one of our favorite drinks. The kids had a blast in the heated pool, which I think is the star of the entire house. Has a small cold that serves a great purpose on hot days. The outdoor shower in the main bedroom is incredible. The views to the mountain speechless. They take great pride in the decoration and taking care of this property. The people that handle everything from checking into cooking and cleaning or outstanding and super nice. I would highly recommend this property to anybody, it’s worth every penny and we can’t wait to go back.

Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

Fantastic experience at this location. I first booked for a week and ended up extending my stay for 3 weeks. You have a personal router for your room, a relaxing terrace, and in a safe location that offers a true experience of Medellín culture. Cinco Estrellas

Es perfecto, la casa es preciosa y está muy bien cuidada. Todo funcionó bien. La propiedad es bellísima y hay senderos y bosques muy agradables. El recorrido con Juan fue maravilloso, él es un gran huésped y persona.

I spent an incredible week at this Airbnb in Laureles, Medellín. The view is breathtaking, the modern aesthetic is sleek, and the 24/7 doorman makes you feel safe. However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The bed is VERY firm and makes a LOT of noise. The water pressure in the shower is also quite weak. Additionally, due to the natural build of the building, small ants can migrate in, so be sure to keep food and trash sealed. Despite these quirks, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The pros far outweigh the cons, and the experience is unforgettable. Just be aware of the minor issues, and you'll be all set for an amazing stay!

The place is spacious and amazing with an outdoor terrace to enjoy. Host is responsive. Location- great! Close to shops, mall, restaurants etc. The only thing that actually was lacking- not well stocked kitchen (pots-3 small ones , 1 for boiling something and 2 small skillets so it was really challenging to make dinner for our family of 5). Otherwise it is a very nice airbnb. Thank you!

The hosts are highly recommended.Always available and willing to take the extra steps to help visitors. There are 2 bedrooms and a large living room, very comfortable Showers were hot,clean,and well supplied.There were 3 TV: one in each bedroom and another in the living room and all are easy to use with a large variety of programming. There is a balcony.Ypu can look at twinkling lights on the surrounding hills t night.ZVery lovely

Modern, spacious unit in a nice building with security. The unit has a good view of the hillside. It was about a 10 min walk to lots of good food options. Quiet, residential area.

Juan’s Airbnb in El Poblado, Medellín, was a fantastic stay! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Juan was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. La casa es muy hermosa, amplia y todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Las zonas comunes como la piscina y el billar son muy agradables y tienen comunicación directa con el interior de la casa por lo que se hace muy fácil mantener el contacto con las personas que están adentro. La comunicación con las personas encargadas del lugar siempre fue muy clara y explícita, nunca tuvimos ningún problema. Lo único que se notó es la cantidad de insectos y sobretodo pequeños ciempiés que entran a la casa. Se sabe que al ser una zona rural es normal que haya animalitos, pero la cantidad de estos que entraban en la casa era muy abundante.

Alejandro‘s place was fantastic. It is beautifully designed with lots of open spaces, very comfortable to live in with a beautiful terrace on top. I felt very comfortable with the place and the host from the moment I walked in. He offered me a lovely sandwich that was mouthwatering. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers and I would stay here the next time I’m here in town.
