Das Apartment ist perfekt für alle die nur ein paar Tage oder sogar einige Wochen in der Stadt verbringen wollen.

It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

In der Nähe befinden sich der Barnstorfer Wald und der Lindenpark. Die meisten Fakultäts Gebäude der Uni Rostock fußläufig erreichbar! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend und zum Szene-Stadtteil KTV sind es zu Fuß 10min.
