Hands down the best place I’ve stayed at! Clean, spacious, enough do without having to leave. Booked her for my kids spring break and I can honestly say they didn’t want to leave during our stay. Her setup is worth every penny! It’s extremely peaceful, neighborhood is quiet, it a whole vibe plus some. Definitely will be booking with her again!!

Loved the industrial, yet modern feel of the loft! I felt right at home. It didn’t take me too long to find the parking area. I settled right in — the complimentary bottle of wine was the perfect touch for a quick weekend getaway. I wish I could’ve utilized the private balcony, but the pollen was just everywhere. Lots of shops/restaurants that were a quick walk or short drive away. The train did come by once or twice but I wasn’t bothered by it at all. Will definitely consider staying here again when I’m visiting Durham. Thank you for hosting, Chris & Shannon!

Private Wooded Retreat-Salt Water Pool- 22 acres

We had a wonderful stay at this getaway! Only an hour from home but felt worlds away - loved the big views from the pool and the fact that you weren't able to see any other houses or the road. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were actually SSSOOO comfortable! So much so that we had to check the tags to order for home :) Long days of swimming and s'mores by the campfire at night, just what our family needed to recharge. Can't wait to go back! Jodi was incredibly responsive and helpful both leading up to our stay and during our stay as well!

Marley's Cottage

The trail leading the way was only a short few steps away until you got to the cottage, where we were especially excited about the front porch and outside seating area. We were able to eat multiple meals outside and enjoy the sounds of lots of wildlife. We were pleasantly surprised to see the living room looked even bigger than the photos and the bathroom was a beautiful touch. There was also lots of cleaning supplies, which is always appreciated. The cottage had a welcoming, homey feel. Keep in mind the cottage is right behind the main house and very in the open, if you are a stickler for privacy or an introvert this might not be best for you.

Great space with lots of fun activities. The yard was a great size and we loved relaxing on the warm astroturf in the mornings. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from a blender to a toaster to a pizza cutter. Beds were comfy, too!

Five of us stayed here on business. The house was immaculate and clean. It looks just like the pictures. It’s also a convenient location for restaurants and groceries. We plan to stay here again.

Michael & Clara were great hosts! They were very responsive, flexible and helpful. The apartment was exactly what was described. I highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few nights! Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Light-filled Flat, Walkable, Downtown Raleigh

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

Thank you for a wonderful spot in Raleigh. So convenient to tons of spots downtown, but quiet at night. Hope to come back in the future! Also, Lindsay is a wonderful and flexible host who was so easy and quick to communicate with - a real life saver!

We were in Durham for a wedding and Kim's place was the perfect place to stay: comfortable, quiet at night, and extremely well appointed: we were impressed by how she had thought of everything that we might need. The location was also very convenient, to downtown, to Duke, and to eateries. We would stay there again!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

Very clean and walkable to downtown. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Loved the deck and fenced in backyard for our older dog.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.
