Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

This newly renovated farmhouse is beautifully decorated with 2 bedrooms, large master (king) and second bedroom (queen), office space has a sleeper sofa for additional guest.

It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Enjoy the privacy of two secluded wooded acres, surrounded by the sights and sounds of our farm, where we are growing fruits, veggies and mushrooms & caring for our animals and pastures.

Connect with nature in this unforgettable farm setting. Take in serene views from the deck or walk around to enjoy a variety of sweet animals including sheep, horses, goats, alpacas, emus, cows, ponies and more. The space is a fully furnished apartment in an adorable stone cabin with one queen bedroom, kitchen, full bath, laundry, high speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor hot tub. Upper cabin is also available as a separate rental (sleeps 5) listed as Log Cabin at the Farm on Airbnb.

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

Enjoy wine and coffee on the front porch or visit the local downtown coffee shops and restaurants. Our space is best suited for adults.

Come enjoy this incredible cozy cabin and the privacy that it offers with mostly the sound of wind and rustling leaves! Enjoy total comfort in this smaller space for a memorable night away from home! The tiny house has a Luxury queen, gel memory foam mattress and a Lovesac sofa (converts to twin bed) because we know comfort is key! The house is located on our mini-ranch and you’ll enjoy seeing our pony Buster and our goats Goon, Snick and Flip in the nearby pastures!
