Spectacular farmhouse with a pond on 4 acres. Very private, peaceful, and comfortable. Located 8 mi from Hillsborough, (15-19 mi) to Duke University, Duke Hospital, University of NC, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Enjoy sitting on the dock and take in the nightly symphony of nature, cook outside on the flat grill, or just relax on the couch & watch the 75” flat screen. Accommodations for up to 6 people. Our home is a great central location situated between Chapel Hill and Greensboro and minutes from hiking and kayaking locations on the Haw River.
