The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Visit the village's award winning pub and other excellent local eateries then walk off the calories around Sywell Reservoir. Our best kept secret is Northamptonshire - 'the county of squires and spires'. An Ideal base for working locally: hotels can be too impersonal. Nearest rail, Wellingborough. Host lives next door.

The Bungalow at Woodcote

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Located near Moulton Agricultural College, and with a selection of local pubs and amenities within easy walking distance.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A modern annex, situated in a quiet residential location with a separate entrance. Parking on the drive for one car, free parking on the road. Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

The property has access to a shared outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf and clubhouse providing dining, bar and cabaret.

Delightful detached coach house in over 100 acres of conservation parkland. Beautiful views situated next to a castle folly built in 1770. Very rural setting with private bedrooms in separate annexe building overlooking pond and fields. Easy parking right outside the coach house front door. At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.

Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age.
