The Peach House

A rare opportunity to stay in a Waco historic home - Peach House is a fully restored shotgun house on the rapidly revitalizing East Side of Waco. An elegant, quiet home where you can choose to stroll a mile along the river to the Baylor football stadium or cross the river on the historic suspension bridge for downtown restaurants, the trolley to Magnolia Market, and entertainment. Additionally - so close to Brotherwell Brewery, Revival Eastside Eatery and Street Dog Cafe. No children please.

Approximately 2 miles to McLean Stadium; approximately 3 miles to the Silos. Private parking right outside your door. The Carriage House is separate from the main house, and the barn. It's a piece of the country right outside the City. Have your morning coffee in a peaceful setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District.

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
