This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. Country living now with high speed fiber internet! Ideal for large families or a sports team! An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house, not the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed at this time.

This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. There's a queen bed and a pull out sofa for kids or extra guests.

This unique apartment has a style all its own. Newly renovated with nature inspired accents. Comfortable living area with a large screen TV. Private bedroom with queen bed. Extra sleeping/lounging area with twin beds. Efficient small kitchen furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and cooking utensils. Conveniently located close to Bethel University, Carroll Lake, Carroll Lake Golf Course, downtown McKenzie, wedding venues, and Lake Halford is a short drive.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee.

Cottage A at Dry Hollow Farm

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2021. We raise dairy goats, luffa gourds, and herbs which we incorporate into our handcrafted products. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, a rural small-town setting, We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam, a Soap Shop for perusing our products, Herb Shack for plant shopping, dogs for petting, and some time spent away from the street of everyday life.

This charming 500 sq. ft. pool cottage offers comfort, privacy, and convenience with a separate entrance—perfect for couples, small families, or business travelers. One cozy bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious living area with a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). One full bathroom with fresh linens and toiletries. Full kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.

Welcome to The Barn. This 1400 sq ft fully furnished home is unique because it is an old barn the was transformed into a 2 bedroom 2 bath home. We are located close to historic downtown Paris but secluded enough to have your privacy. Whether you are here to enjoy The Worlds Biggest Fish Fry, our beautiful Kentucky Lake, visiting family or just looking to get away we encourage you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Loft 163 is located on the Court Square in Downtown Huntingdon TN. It's on the second level of a newly renovated historic building that dates back to the late 1800's. It has amazing views and is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.
