WELCOME to coastal living in a small, quaint, fishing community located 2 blocks from the Sapelo River. A short walk or golf cart ride to marinas, restaurants, and one of the finest golf courses in the low country. Enjoy the gorgeous view on the "bluff", with mossy oaks and historical landmarks, while dining at one of our world famous seafood restaurants. The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Quite a Catch House w/ Pool
