Stay in this historic home once known as the Butler Bluff Resort. This home features two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen, both with en suites. Called the Dam House, this was once a functioning electric producing "Dam Building" that was converted into a riverside getaway in 1975. This unique house sits on the Elk River in Noel MO with a wrap around deck featuring amazing views year around. The downstairs is like stepping into a rustic lodge with a large stone fireplace and rustic decor. There is a loft space for kids to watch tv. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs rooms.
