Lake Eufaula lakeview cottage!

Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch, porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. Includes water access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

You will love sitting on the front porch and watching the walkers, bike riders, etc. across the street. Living area open to dining area and kitchen. Master bedroom has walk-in shower. Also a full bath off the hallway. Wifi and streaming wide screen TV. Lots of closet space. Fully furnished kitchen. Across from a beautiful, walking track, the Mike Deak McAlester HS baseball field and soccer fields. Well lighted street. Small garage and additional parking on driveway.

Custom built apartment is perfect for a couple. Quiet setting between woods and pastureland. Enjoy deer and other wildlife. Walk the trails and rest on the park bench in the middle of the woods to really enjoy the setting. WiFi. No daily house keeping. You are on your own for extended stays. Cleaning supplies and equipment are available in the barn. Off of Frink Road you have a short drive up a gravel drive.

This home is newly remodeled! It is conveniently located in the center of McAlester by a walking track, playground, soccer fields, baseball and softball fields. Local downtown is just minutes away offering shopping, dining, and entertainment. It has a nice back yard with a partially covered back patio including a propane grill and small play place for children. It also has a one car garage.
