Centro storico, con accoglienti terrazze

Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without elevator and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where you can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The centrale train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you arrive by car (but you don't need it in Palermo) : you are not allowed to go into the old centre without a special pass ( the ZTL), but you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

La casa di Bea

Il b&b, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova al centro di Calatafimi Segesta e si affaccia sulla piazza principale, in un'area fornita di bar, ristoranti, supermercati e diverse attività commerciali. Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e 28 dalla riserva dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e a 42 km la città di Erice. Inoltre, gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono equidistanti, a circa 35 km di distanza.

Sarete accolti in casa con gioia e disponibilità ma indipendenti e liberi di godervi il balcone fiorito!

Di Vino apartament

Situated in the center of Marsala, is possible to reach by walking the Wineries where you can taste the wine and the tipical local products, furthermore, if you continue the walking, you can find the Archaeological museums of Marsala. Not far from the tourist harbor where you can take a boat for the Egadi Islands ( Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo). Easy to reach by car or bus the bathing places or the famous "Saline di Mozia".

The Oriental Fumoir at Ballarò Market

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

La stanza offre un comodo letto matrimoniale e dispone di un bagno privato esterno riservato esclusivamente agli ospiti, completo di doccia e servizi. Un ambiente curato e confortevole, ideale per chi cerca relax e comodità durante il soggiorno!

La Camera è una matrimoniale con possibilità di letto aggiuntivo. La camera ha un'entrata indipendente e una verandina dove poter sostare per godersi il paesaggio e la tranquillità. Gli ospiti usufruiranno in camera della tv, del condizionatore, del bagno privato, della veranda, della rete internet, del set lenzuola e prodotti per l'igiene quotidiana.

Rapa Nui Marsala, Stanza matrimoniale

La camera al primo piano è ampia e luminosa, con arredamento nuovo e lineare. Le serate sono fresche, ma è presente un ventilatore a soffitto. La stanza da bagno è spaziosa, dotata di vasca e doccia a pioggia, accessibile direttamente dalla camera. Abbiamo riservato una porzione di terrazzina per asciugare teli e costumi.

Struttura nuova e ben arredata, dotata di parcheggio, ampio giardino terrazze e vari spazi comuni. Dista 350 metri dal mare, 350 metri dalla riserva naturale e 500 metri dall' ingresso del parco archeologico di Selinunte.
