Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

Bedroom features a comfy double bed, hanging and drawer space, tv, tea tray, mini fridge and wifi. En-suite features a large shower, basin and toilet. Situated on a quiet no-through road minutes walk from a small village and lots of free on-street parking. Please note as this is a fully self contained unit there is no access to kitchen facilities.

A Barn conversion offering 2 bedrooms (one double) and (one room with a King size bed and bunk beds). There are also 2 single beds in the living area. Unfortunately, no parties allowed. Sky TV, WIFI. A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.

Welcome to our humble abode. We are delighted to host you in the lake house that Come dine with me was filmed. A beautiful spacious cosy modern 3 bedroom house situated in a peaceful location, minute walk to Goldsworth park lake. A lake perfect for jogging, spotting wildlife, or just relaxing. The lake house is all you need for a perfect longer or short stay It has all the amenities you would require to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

This unique place has a style all its own, stylishly decorated with original artwork. Boasting river views on the banks of the River Wey Navigation. The deck is perfect for soaking up the evening rays and watching the world float by. Ideally situated between the villages of Ripley and Send and a stone’s throw from RHS Wisley, Woking and Guildford with easy and fast access by train into London. 2 night minimum stay.
