This listing is for the back house of a duplex with a completely separate entrance, separate private yard, own parking and 2 car garage accessed via alley with no shared walls. ***If you are bringing a pet, make sure that you include pet in your booking. There is a $75 pet fee. ***

Relax in the enclosed backyard and use the BBQ grill to enjoy your meals outside. House has gated parking lot. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a $50 fee. Please include them in reservation.
