Picturesque Pet-Friendly Haven

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

A place from which you can enjoy walking trails, mountain biking, close by hikes in nature or simply rest! 5-minutes away from Downtown Conway, Hendrix College, the University of Central AR (UCA), Conway Regional Hospital, and more! Green Cottage is comfortable and practical with everything you need. King and queen beds have bedside lamps and USB charging. Dedicated private office workspace. Laundry. Full kitchen with all the basics and a dining nook. A large TV, comfy couch and more!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

With its charm and elegances, this home is perfect for a nice family get away, right in Conway's sweet spot. All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.

This house is 12 minutes from downtown Conway and about 20 minutes from Downtown Little Rock. Only about 3 minutes off of I-40.
