The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a boat shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. Ironcroft - Hunter Valley Wine Country.

Convenient for the Hunter Valley's wineries. A great launchpad for events, visiting wineries or just chilling out. It is only a 5 minute drive to Peterson's Champagne house, and 10 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens. Fully air-conditioned and sitting on a large block so you have plenty of space. Very convenient to amenities, with only a short 5 minute drive to local supermarkets. It is also a great house for a family (or two), or for a group of friends wanting to get away and have a break.

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
