Appledore - Cabin in the Valley

This unique place has a style all its own. With expansive views across the valley Appledore is a picture of the Huon. A luxurious cabin handmade by local craftsman from the ground up. The property is on 25 acres of land with a mixture of lush Huon Valley pasture and meandering forest through which a small creek flows into the Huon River. Appledore is a working farm you can explore at your leisure. Pull an apple from the tree and feed the cows if you wish or cuddle a lamb (if you can catch one)

Modern house Maydena \ Mt Field \ Tyenna

Recently built, my self-contained house in Fitzgerald is modern and family-friendly. It is 5 minutes from the Tyenna river and a magic spot for fishing and watching Platypus. I'm also less than 5 minutes from the Maydena Mountain Bike Park. Also MT Field and National Park are a 10 minute drive. Stay in and prepare meals or have dinner at the Mountain Bike Park (check their socials for opening times). As well, the visitors center at MT Field has a stylish and comprehensive cafe.

South Crescent @ Maydena

A 2 bedroom cottage with spectacular mountain views. Literally, across the road is Maydena Bike Park. Only a 10min drive to Russell Falls/Mt Field National Park. The Junee Caves are only a 5-minute drive. South Crescent is suitable for couples, families or small groups and can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a deck with a BBQ, a modern kitchen with a coffee machine and a cozy lounge with fireplace for those cold nights. NBN Wifi with and a TV. Secure bike storage!

The cottage is located less than 200m from the Maydena Bike Park base and 15min from Mount Field National Park. The cottage is cosy & comfortable fitted out with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kosy on Kallista has everything you need for an adventure away from home. It is just 400-meters from the Maydena Bike Park hub and driving distance to Lake Gordon and Lake Pedder. The house is setup for six guests, with generous rooms and quality king-single beds to ensure you're nice and refreshed for a fun day at the bike park or roaming the local walking trails.
