The Gatehouse is a pretty semi-detached property with private garden & parking. Within easy reach of Norwich & Norfolk's many attractions, there's everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated and furnished with a well-equipped kitchen area and utility room, and supermarkets a short drive away. You'll find lovely country pubs and restaurants nearby. We welcome one well-behaved dog and have our own field with mown pathways which you are free to explore and other walks nearby.

Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Ringland village is renowned for its local walks and countryside. Village Pub 45 min walk, Norwich 15 min drive and North Norfolk Coast 40 min drive. Secluded 2 bedroom cabin situated within beautiful woodland with its own enclosed garden. Surrounded by the wonderful Norfolk countryside and walks from your doorstep. There is a pub and shop only a 5 minute drive away or the main town is just a 10 minute drive where you will find everything you need. Located in Mid Norfolk you are just 30 minutes from the City of Norwich, 45 minutes from the Broads National Park and 40 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast so there is plenty to explore.

Harry's Place - a rural retreat

Harry's Place is a light, self-contained, upstairs apartment. It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space with countryside views from every room. There are sloping ceilings but tall people generally manage! Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
