The Excellence apartment is a modern vacation home for couples, families, or groups of friends of up to 4 people. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Sassi/Centro ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard allows you to easily reach and explore the entire historic center on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. In 2023, the entire building was completely insulated, ensuring an ideal climate in both summer and winter.

Emma Home Matera is located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto or from the entrance to the ancient Sassi districts.
