Very. Nice and clean condo newly remodeled. Free internet and cable tv all channels include nba pass and nfl season ticket as well as all PPV events, movies and series. A nice fire place for romantic evenings. 29 miles to south padre island in downtown brownsville and walking distance to international bridge to Mexico. Nice cozy place to stay.old complex, but inside they are nicely updated.
