This 3 Bed, 2 bath home sleeps 10 and will give your family a super comfortable place to enjoy your time away. There isn't a room in this house that doesn't give you a view of the gulf; inside or out, you'll have that vacation feel. Perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants. Come Stay!

Matagorda Blue Cozy Cottage with central air

Welcome to MBCC with great updates in Sterling shores second row. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 decks front and back to take in the breeze and view wildlife. Garage downstairs with a toilet and sink . Outdoor shower to wash off with hot/cold water. Charcoal grill, extra outdoor chairs for beach, umbrellas, Jinga, boogies boards. Washer & dryer. Great kitchen fully stocked with an awesome dining table to eat at or play games. Check out is 12:00 sharp. We have a 3 day minimum during holidays.

Just steps from the beach with a private path through the dunes, this home is beautifully updated. The home has three queen beds and a roll-away bed, comfortably sleeping 6 to 8 guests. Enjoy walks, swimming and surf fishing on the beach. A short drive to the boat launch will have you fishing on the bay in no time. This cozy one bedroom house is just across the street from the dune path to the beach. Come enjoy a peaceful get away as you sit on the deck and watch the sunrise or the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the beach. This entire home features a basic kitchen with a vintage oven. The home also features a picnic table under the house for shaded eating. Enjoy the hammock and the porch swing under the house as well. 2 sleeper sofas offer the ability for 2 more queen beds.

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
