We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

Brazoria Riverside Family Paradise!

This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Lone Oak River Retreat - Fisherman's Paradise!

Beautiful Waterfront River House on The San Bernard River. Excellent Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating all from your private dock! Relax and take in the amazing views. At night enjoy smores around the fire pit and fish under the green lights. Have your own boat? The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. Kayaks, Games, Fishing Poles and Crabtraps are FREE for our guest to use during their stay. THERE IS NO WIFI

San Bernard River Rental

Come relax on the San Bernard River in this spacious barndominium set on the river bend. Bring your boat or pwc and enjoy some water sports or relax and fish on the large private pier. Perfect spot for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and skiing. A hot tub is available to enjoy at no extra charge. High speed fiber WiFi, 75” and 65” smart tv will help keep you entertained when not enjoying the tranquility outside. It’s always a good time on the river. Only 9.4 miles to Phillips 66 Sweeny.

Gone Coastal is part of a mini resort .

This mini resort is a peaceful fun place for adults and children and of course the pups. There is 27 ft above ground pool with a wrap around deck for some fun and play after a day on the sandy beach. Lawn furniture surrounds a firepit at the pool area along with a cabana for serving picnic outdoors. There is outdoor games upon request also. Joe and Grace are the resorts horses that love being petted and fed carrots and apples.
