Cheerful 3bed 2bath home on the gulf coast.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath home right on the gulf coast. It’s located in Palacios tx it is the 3rd largest shrimping port on the gulf coast & has proclaimed itself to be “The shrimping capital of Texas.” The local tourism industry is based on fishing, boating, birding & eco tourism opportunities. If you love fishing this is your place to be! The driveway is built to fit 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and your boat! Only a couple blocks from the water, it’s a great place with lots of room for fun.

Just steps away from the beach, this vacation home has the best of all outdoor activities. Beaching, swimming, surf fishing, kayaking, boating , breath taking sunrises and sunsets, and bird watching are all just steps away. This house has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico & the ICW, and has a wrap around porch where you can relax with your family and friends enjoying the gulf breeze and the views! This 3 bdrm/2 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a huge kitchen/great room for relaxing.

Welcome to MBCC with great updates in Sterling shores second row. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 decks front and back to take in the breeze and view wildlife. Garage downstairs with a toilet and sink . Outdoor shower to wash off with hot/cold water. Charcoal grill, extra outdoor chairs for beach, umbrellas, Jinga, boogies boards. Washer & dryer. Great kitchen fully stocked with an awesome dining table to eat at or play games. Check out is 12:00 sharp. We have a 3 day minimum during holidays.

Formerly a bunkhouse for the cowboys who worked for Shanghai Pierce, a famous cattleman who sold this land known as the Bull Pen to become the city of Palacios at the turn of the 20th century. Renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a loft and brand new appliances. One block from the bay, pier, parks, playgrounds, seawall and a small beach. This cozy one bedroom house is just across the street from the dune path to the beach. Come enjoy a peaceful get away as you sit on the deck and watch the sunrise or the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the beach. This entire home features a basic kitchen with a vintage oven. The home also features a picnic table under the house for shaded eating. Enjoy the hammock and the porch swing under the house as well. 2 sleeper sofas offer the ability for 2 more queen beds.

Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
