This cozy one bedroom house is just across the street from the dune path to the beach. Come enjoy a peaceful get away as you sit on the deck and watch the sunrise or the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the beach. This entire home features a basic kitchen with a vintage oven. The home also features a picnic table under the house for shaded eating. Enjoy the hammock and the porch swing under the house as well. 2 sleeper sofas offer the ability for 2 more queen beds.

You can relax upstairs on the wrap around deck East Bay on front deck and River and West Bay from back deck. This is just a great house for families or smaller fishing groups.
