Bright & stylish, sea, nature, relax

Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

Kos Palm Studios n° 1

Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. Ce logement ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. ATTENTION. il faut une voiture ou un autre moyen de locomotion

To διαμέρισμα "Niriides Thea" είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 70 μ. ενώ μίνι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, καφέ, ΑΤΜ, τουριστικά καταστήματα, πρακτορεία ταξιδίων, γραφεία ενοικιαζομένων οχημάτων βρίσκονται όλα σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση.
