New top floor apartment in city center

New apartment on top floor on the vibrant Tredje Långgatan in the city center! Enjoy Göteborg's most popular neighbourhoods and streets - Linnéstaden and Tredje Långgatan. This is where all meet; singles, families and the older crowd to enjoy bars, cafés and attractions. It's also close to the famous old town Haga and the park Slottskogen. The apartment is located on the top floor and contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It has one double bed (160 cm) and a bed sofa (140 cm). Enjoy!

Ljus och rymlig lägenhet i Linné

Du bor centralt, nära till restauranger, caféer, Slottsskogen och stans gamla kvarter med sina charmiga gator och hus. Huset har hiss, lägenheten är modern, området är bilfritt, tyst, grönt och fridfullt. Hissen går ner till det låsta garaget under huset, där garageplats kan hyras. Vardagsrummet ligger i en öppen vinkel med köket, där det finns diskmaskin, kyl, micro och full utrustning för matlagning. Sovrummet har dubbelsäng. Badrummet är rymligt och har dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Välkomna upp till sjätte våningen, och varmt välkomna in till ett kvadratsmart hem med en helt unik design och gemensam takterass. I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city och ca 20 min till Lindholmen Science Park. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt. Här finns egen uteplats på en avskild innergård mitt i den livfulla stadsdelen Linné där ni har stadens bästa restauranger precis runt hörnet. Området har stort kulturutbud och mycket bra kommunikationer med spårvagnsknutpunkt inom 300 m och 15 min promenad till centrum eller Slottskogen. Lägenheten är nyproducerad och har alla bekvämligheter man kan vänta sig som fullt utrustat kök, tvätt-och tork, dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa (båda 160cm).

There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.
