Rural farm stay near PA/WV border off R218 (near I-79). Family & small pet friendly 2 BR, 2 bath house (master+loft). House sleeps 3-5 (w/ couch). Bonus cabin sleeps 3-4 (1 double, 1 bunk). Roast marshmallows, take a dip in the pool/hot tub (seasonal), feed the horse,hike approximatel 67 acres. Karaoke speaker incl. Have dinner & enjoy a spacious deck w/ a great view. Outdoor & indoor dining for 6. Kitchen has utensils, pots & pans. Charcoal grill & firepit. Limited cell service, excellent WiFi.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.
