Enjoy waterfront views and relax in this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

25 West Upstairs is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house just over 1400 sq feet. This is a very spacious unit with easy access to all that WB has to offer! Great views of Banks Channel from the large front deck. A short walk to the ocean, Johnny Mercer's fishing pier, restaurants and watering holes. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. Need more space? The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and available for bookings also.

Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products.
